Tasks:
I see my job as not only preparing expert opinions that establish facts and/or determine causes, but also to provide advice so that legal disputes do not become necessary. I can also act as an arbitration expert if two contracting parties agree to accept the expert's judgment as binding. This can quickly contribute to legal certainty. Especially when it comes to questions as to whether the quality of the delivery corresponds to the contractual agreement.
